Breakfast
Most people have some really bad breakfast habits.
I want to as you to change your breakfast patterns for this week and see how you feel.
Two ways to do it.
One- take these ingredients and eat them.
Two- blend them up into a smoothie.
Almost every morning, this is my breakfast. Every day I do this and I know I am getting a good start. If your body gets the nutrients it needs, you will not feel hungry, your brain will feel good and you will not have that late morning slump.
275 calories
1/2 cup organic non fat, unflavored yogurt (calcium and protein)
1 scoop of ground flax seeds (omega 3s and fiber)
1/2 cup or more, Dark Berries/ strawberries, frozen or fresh (anti oxidants and fiber)
1 Large scoop of Protein Powder (vitamins and minerals)
Now, if you have a hand blender, you stick it in, pump it up and down and you are feeling great. No sugar, no artificial ingredients, nothing harmful, and lots of nutrients that you need!
Alternative-
Fruit and yogurt, papayas, apples, berries, and a take the protein powder mixed with water or organic milk.
BAD THINGS-
Cereal (bad sweeteners, empty calories, HFCS is BAD!)
Bagel- empty carbs, no nutrition, your blood sugar will rise and crash.
No Breakfast- C'mon, really? Starve your brain, deplete your body, everything shuts down including your fat burning and body goes to hell. No love there.
So the smoothy thing- a gerat habit to get into every morning.
Easy.
Quick.
Super good for you.
Problem solved.
Make it your new habit!!!!

You agreed to the challenge, right? Keep your word.
Do this.
Our body works tirelessly, pumping blood, carrying oxygen, firing neurons, healing wounds, killing bad joojoo, digesting food, pooping to beat the band, giving birth, having orga**s, and oh so much more.
And then we have the nerve to stand in front of the mirror and proclaim I Hate My body!
If thoughts are things, and our cells are listening, and la di da di da- everything is energy and all that gobbledeekgook. Just in case, maybe we want to say something nice now and then.
(You know it's coming)
Today, when you are naked, and at least once or five times do this.
(Yes I am serious)
Shake your booty in front of the mirror.
(Still serious)
And if anyone else is in the room, let out a whooping sound that can be heard round the world that includes, I love my body, love my body, la la la love ya body, never loved a body, as much as I la la la love this body. (put it to music)
And then close your eyes and let a tear roll down your cheek (the one on your face) and say

I love you
