We all have things in our environment that trigger negative feelings. Most of these feelings are unconscious and are triggered by things around us that we are not even aware of.
Anxiety is tricky that way- it can seem to come out of nowhere!

Morning meditation– wake up to the gratitude session. Make sure you do this one first thing in the morning.
Releasing Negative Triggers- do this during the day today.
Deep Sleep- Fall asleep to the healing sleep session tonight.
