THE HYPNOBIRTHING VIDEO CLASS
Four sessions on video that you can watch when you are ready, at your pace. Each class session is followed by a trance session that will train your mind and body to enter the state of hypnosis... easily and gently.
 

HYPNOSIS VIDEO and CASSETTE TAPE CHILDBIRTH PROGRAM
In addition to the video course, you will receive the audio tape sessions to use after each class, or at night as you are falling asleep. These Cassette tapes  that will take you through the process of learning to create a trance state, bond with your baby, release fear, create hypnotic anesthesia, create triggers that will allow you to put yourself in trance, or for your birth partner to put you in trance. You will also experience the imagined birth of your baby, to create the subconscious belief about the way your birth will be experienced.

This tape set comes with a booklet that will give your partner the words and phrases to use during labor, the diagram of how the uterus works, and other information including a birth plan. To fully enjoy this tape series, you will watch the video to fully understand how hypnosis works with childbirth and how it affect labor and delivery.  If you are unable to attend a class in hypnobirthing in your area, this program will allow you to learn how to go into trance, trust your body, and experience a gentle peaceful birth.

The six audio tapes are designed to help you achieve trance, set triggers to relax instantly, and release fears. On the tapes you will learn how to relax deeply, then how to go into deep trance instantly, including the touch of your husband or birth assistant as a trigger to relax. You will teach your subconscious mind to use the actual sensations of a contraction as a trigger to relax deeply.
