OFFICIAL RULES OF WENDI.COM’S 60-DAY BIKINI CHALLENGE

Timelines and Deadlines

Challenge participants may enter the 60-Day Bikini Challenge more than once. However, each Challenge participant must use the Zen of Thin program in order to be eligible. Upon completing the Zen of Thin program (and to be eligible to win a prize package), Challenge participants must submit their before and after photo to office @ wendi.com, along with your first and last name, email address and physical address (including city, state, zip, country and phone number).

The winner will be announced by or before March 2007.

How you will be judged

The Wendi.com staff will select the winner from all completed entries received by Wendi.com.

Who’s eligible to enter the Challenge?

Challenge participants must be at least 18 years of age. The challenge is subject to applicable federal and state laws and is void in all states and countries where skill contests requiring proof of purchase are prohibited.

Employees of Wendi.com and any of their affiliated companies, advertising agencies, or consultants and contractors providing services, along with their immediate family members, may participate but are not eligible to win the Challenge.

Challenge participants are required to use the Zen of Thin program during their 60-Day Challenge.

Regulations and Requirements

Wendi.com reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion and without notice to individual Challenge participants. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prices will be published online at wendi.com. Rules interpretations and all judging decisions are final. All information submitted, along with your photos become the sole and exclusive property of Wendi.com. Challenge participant scores are confidential and will not be disclosed.

Challenge participants must notify Wendi.com in writing of any change of address or phone numbers. Winners who cannot be reached within ten (10) days at the address or phone number in the completed entry email will be disqualified.

Submission of your completed entry email in the Challenge constitutes your express consent and permission of Wendi.com to use your name, photographs and written responses (in whole or part) for promotional advertising purposes to promote Wendi.com, its business and programs, in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without limitation or restriction, and such consent is deemed given by your entry and participation in the Challenge. Submission of your entry email shall be deemed your acceptance of these Rules and Regulations (as may be amended) and your voluntary transfer to Wendi.com all right, title and interest, including copywriting, of your photographs and written responses.
