Does Wendi have a deep relaxation CD?
I loved how relaxed(floating, serene, peaceful) I would get when I was doing her hypnobirthing CD's, but I can't seem to find one that is just straight relaxation. |

You can use the Stress Release, self hypnosis.
Or Sweet surrender. Or All Blissed Out.
