hi there. i've had some success with long sessions with hypnosis, but i cannot do rapid inductions at all. i only have my family to practice on, but i can't seem to get it to work on them. i want to learn to be as good as the people you see on television who can put people into a trance in seconds.
any tips or experiences you'd like to share, about long or rapid inductions would be greatly appreciated. thanks |

There are a number of things that cause trance, the mains ones are relaxation, confusion, shock and repetition. Shock and confusion are fantastic when you move onto more dynamic induction techniques, but to get you started we’re gonna focus on relaxation.
Hope to be helpful to you |
