You must have excellent email skills, clear phone voice, be positive and upbeat.
You will spend time researching our web site, read materials, listen to CD programs to learn about our company.
Receive all inbound calls from our radio ads, internet ads, web site, newsletters and other sources.
Answer customers questions Use scripted descriptions to sell products, also use your own knowledge and unscripted conversation to help them. Accurately track all calls for source (where they heard about us) Take orders in shopping cart
Make suggestions as to what they need to solve their problems.
Answer customers questions on live chat Spell all responses correctly, using proper punctuation Give URLs to the specific product in all cases
Answer questions compassionately, with a very upbeat and positive tone of voice and attitude at all times. To represent our company properly, you will need to be able to be happy and sincere with ALL of our customers ALL the time.
Outbound calls
Call existing customers. (no cold calling or telemarketing) Inquire about how they are doing with our CDs. Be specific, fun, and INTERESTED. Offer encouragement if they have not been using them. Remind them how easy it is to change and how fast the change can happen.
Ask what they need help with and spend time conversing with them.
Ask them if they would like to hear about our special today.
Become an expert on our websites, knowing locations of all programs, websites, shopping carts, etc. Become an expert on the uses of hypnotherapy, the FAQs, the needs of customers, and the expected results.
Incentives, commissions, and bonuses
All Specialists will receive base pay plus commission and daily and monthly bonuses. For a motivated person who is great on the phone, earning can be expected in the $40-60,000 range or more, if there is management potential.
