    Phlegm, sneezing and wheezing

    I just love to type the word phlegm. It is such an odd word. I wonder who got to decide to spell it that way. Maybe they were trying to recreate the sound it makes as it comes up and out.
    Yum.
    Anyway, the reason I am discussing phlegm is that in many parts of the world this is high allergy season. I have learned from my own personal experience and from many of my clients, that allergies can be removed from your body and your brain.
    I know that this will disappoint the purveyors of fine drugs, but if you are sick and tired of feeling horrible month after month, just give this a try.
    The brain thinks that the body is under attack and sends out histamines. This is why you take anti-histamines. And you feel like crap.

    LONDON, July 6 (UPI) -- Swiss researchers say people can reduce their allergy symptoms by up to one-third just by thinking about a place that is free of allergens.

    The researchers at University Hospital in Basel, Switzerland, based their conclusions on 40 people they recruited and trained to hypnotize themselves for two years.

    5 simple techniques to end Allergies

    1. Three times a day, close your eyes for 3 minutes and breathe slowly and say these words- “my body is relaxed, comfortable and I breathe easy”.  Take a quick journey into your brain, find the area that was creating the allergic response (from the radio show process) and turn it down. This will immediately make you feel better.
    2. Before you go to sleep at night, imagine that you are in the glass room (again, from the radio show) and you are smiling and happy and unaffected by the substance you used to be allergic to.
    3. Stop using negative hypnosis on yourself. When you hear yourself say, “my allergies are going to be really bad this year” stop. And replace it with “I am releasing the allergic response and will breathe easier every day”. Always remember that your brain and body will do exactly what you tell it to do, good or bad.
    4. Learn EFT, (you can get my EFT DVD ya know) and tap on yourself several times a day. No one really knows or understands why it works, but it does. I removed many cat allergies from clients with this, in only 20 minutes.

    Feeling Fat?

    Three times a day, visualize the weight you want to be when you step on the scale each day. Here is how we do it!
    Get relaxed, close your eyes, imagine yourself stepping on the scale tomorrow, ONE POUND LESS.
    For the Brits in our audience, I just don’t know how to make this work in stones. A pebble a day, perhaps?

    Visualize. Now, notice what day tomorrow is.
    Feel your feet on the scale.
    See the number. Smile, breathe.

    Imagine the next week, same scale, new number. Fat is falling off all over the place.

    Do it in the afternoon when you are dozing off at the office.
    Do it at night before you sleep. You will be amazed.
    As a result of doing this, your brain will become convinced after a day or two that fat is supposed to be falling off. Your body will start to make changes. Your energy level will increase, you will eat less, for some strange reason you will want to exercise. Crazy, huh?

    And the best part is your body will follow the new belief that you have created and make subtle changes to accomplish the task that your subconscious mind believes is happening.
    Your cravings will stop. You will want more water.
    You may even poop a little more often.
    It can be quite interesting to see the way your mind and body responds to your efforts in manifesting your new weight.

    Negative self-hypnosis suggestions. What are you feeding your brain?
    Do you reinforce the wrong thing? Saying things like-
    ” I just hate exercise, I always give up after a week or two”
    ” I have such big sugar cravings”
    ” I hate veggies, I crave the carbs”
    ” I am so hungry all the time”
